Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Tiles
Securely pack the unused tiles in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the box.
Ship to Our Facility
Send the package back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
